Refund Policy

Hot Rod Nationals – Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing tickets, registering a vehicle, or reserving vendor space for a Hot Rod Nationals event, you agree to the following terms.

All Sales Final

All registrations, vendor spaces, and ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes spectator tickets, vehicle registrations, vendor fees, sponsorships, and merchandise purchased in advance.

Failure to attend the event for any reason, including travel issues, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts, does not qualify for a refund.

Weather Policy

Hot Rod Nationals events are held rain or shine. Weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, or other typical outdoor event conditions, do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Event Cancellation

If an event is fully canceled by the organizer and cannot be rescheduled, participants may receive:

A refund of the registration fee, or
A credit toward a future Hot Rod Nationals event

The method of compensation will be determined at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

Event Rescheduling

If an event must be rescheduled, all registrations and tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date. Refunds will not be issued due to schedule changes.

Vendor and Vehicle Registration Transfers

Vehicle registrations and vendor spaces may be transferred to another participant for the same event with prior written approval from Hot Rod Nationals.

Requests must be submitted before the event date.

Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By registering for the event, you agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the event organizer to resolve the issue.

Any participant initiating a fraudulent chargeback may be banned from future Hot Rod Nationals events and may be responsible for all associated fees.

Force Majeure

Hot Rod Nationals shall not be held responsible for event cancellation, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Venue closures
Acts of God or other unforeseen events

Under such circumstances, refunds may not be issued.

Hot Rod Nationals is not responsible for personal injury, vehicle damage, theft, or loss of property occurring before, during, or after the event.
