By registering a vehicle, purchasing tickets, or attending this event, all participants, spectators,
vendors, and guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Admission & Participation
All vehicle registrations, ticket purchases, and vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Event details including date, time, and location are subject to change. The event is held rain or shine
unless cancelled due to unsafe conditions.

2. Vehicle Registration & Display
All registered vehicles must be operable and arrive during designated load-in times. The event
organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any vehicle deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Vehicles may not leave early without organizer approval.

3. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Attendees acknowledge that classic car events involve inherent risks. All participants assume full
responsibility for any injury, death, loss, or property damage. The event organizer, sponsors, venue
owners, and staff are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss.

4. Indemnification
Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the event organizer, sponsors, volunteers,
and venue from any claims or liabilities arising from attendance or participation.

5. Conduct & Safety
Reckless driving, burnouts, excessive revving, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal
without refund. Alcohol consumption must comply with local laws. Children must be supervised at all
times. Pets must be leashed.

6. Vendors & Merchandise

Vendors must remain within assigned spaces. Unauthorized selling is prohibited. Vendors are
responsible for required licenses, permits, and insurance.

7. Photography & Media Release
By attending, participants grant permission for the event organizer to use photos or videos taken at the
event for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Weather, Cancellation & Force Majeure
The event organizer is not liable for cancellations due to weather, acts of God, government orders, or
circumstances beyond control. Refunds or credits, if any, are at the organizer’s discretion.

9. Compliance with Laws
All attendees and participants must comply with local, state, and federal laws, venue rules, and staff
instructions.

10. Agreement
By registering, purchasing tickets, or attending, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions.
